HVAC EXPERT FLORIDA ships exclusively within the state of Florida.

 

Once we receive your order, it will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment via a trusted common carrier.

Typical delivery times range from 5 to 12 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If payment is made by CASH ON DELIVERY  the delivery times range from 1 to 3 days excluding weekends and holidays. Orders for out-of-stock items or those requiring special requests may take longer.

Returns or refusals for reasons other than shipping damage are subject to our return policy. You can review the policy in detail here. HVAC EXPERT FLORIDA reserves the right to ship certain items individually due to their delicate nature, such as evaporator coils and copper tubing. However, these items may be included as part of a complete HVAC system or combined with system components like furnaces or condenser units.

Shipments are handled by carriers and delivered to your home or business. Please note that these trucks are large and may not access residential driveways. The driver’s responsibility is to unload the cargo at the back of the truck. If you require assistance with unloading, you may request a liftgate service for an additional fee, which will lower the cargo to the ground behind the truck. From there, it is your responsibility to move the items to their final destination.

All orders are fully insured during transit, though damages are rare. When your order arrives, inspect it carefully in the presence of the driver. Carriers require that any damage or shortage be noted on the delivery receipt; otherwise, claims may not be honored. Do not sign any delivery without inspecting it first.

Once your order leaves our facility, it becomes your property, along with any associated responsibilities. Although HVAC EXPERT FLORIDA is not liable for damages occurring after the shipment departs, we are committed to assisting with claims for damages noted upon delivery. To do so, customers must provide a copy of the delivery receipt signed by the driver, indicating the damage. In cases of severe damage observed upon delivery, we will file a claim with the carrier or replace the damaged item at no cost to you.

If you notice visible damage upon delivery, determine whether it is cosmetic or affects the system's functionality. Cosmetic damages may be accepted but must be noted on the shipping documents, and photos must be provided to help us process a repair cost claim. Significant damage should result in the refusal of the affected item, and we will ship a replacement at no charge.

Damage claims must be submitted in writing to HVAC EXPERT FLORIDA and the delivery carrier within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for reimbursement.

If legal action becomes necessary, the buyer will be responsible for all reasonable attorney fees and associated costs incurred by HVAC EXPERT FLORIDA.
