Terms and Conditions of Sale
At HVAC EXPERT FLORIDA, your satisfaction is our priority. To better serve you, we have outlined the following policies:
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email: contact@hvacexpertflorida.com) within one (1) business day of placing your order, provided the item has not yet been shipped, to qualify for a full refund. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Cancellations made after one (1) business day may incur a 10% restocking fee.
Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Orders refused at delivery without visible damage will be subject to:

A 15% restocking and administrative fee.

The original shipping cost incurred by HVAC EXPERT FLORIDA.

Return shipping costs to our warehouse.
2. Return and Refund Policy
Due to federal mandates transitioning refrigerants from R410a to R32, Goodman no longer accepts returns of R410a equipment. Orders shipped before November 15, 2024, will still follow our standard return policies.
Exceptions:

Items shipped incorrectly or damaged in transit are eligible for returns under our 14-day return policy.
To qualify for a return:

Equipment must be in original, unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all documentation (manuals, warranties, etc.).

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

A 15% restocking fee applies.
Refund Process:

Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Allow up to 3 weeks for processing after the return is received.
3. Order Fulfillment
Any errors or shortages noted on the signed packing slip must be reported to HVAC EXPERT FLORIDA within 24 hours of delivery. If the error was on our part, we will cover return and replacement shipping costs.
4. Shipping and Claims
Please review our Shipping Information. While HVAC EXPERT FLORIDA assists with claims for shipping damage, carriers make the final determination on claim outcomes. Visibly damaged shipments must be refused at delivery.
5. Liability
HVAC EXPERT FLORIDA is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation or operation. Equipment must be installed by certified professionals to ensure safety and compliance. Any advice provided is based on limited information and does not replace an on-site evaluation by a licensed contractor.
6. Warranty
All equipment includes a manufacturer’s warranty. We recommend registering your equipment with the manufacturer upon installation. Installation must be performed by a licensed contractor to validate the warranty.
Manufacturer warranties typically cover parts, not labor. HVAC EXPERT FLORIDA does not provide labor warranties, and all warranty claims must be supported by a contractor’s diagnosis.
7. Important Notice
Federal regulations prohibit opening refrigeration lines without proper certification. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards during installation.
8. Equipment Selection
HVAC EXPERT FLORIDA does not guarantee equipment suitability for specific applications. Buyers should consult a local contractor to confirm compatibility before placing an order.
9. Errors and Inaccuracies
While we strive for accuracy, HVAC EXPERT FLORIDA is not liable for typographical errors or outdated product descriptions. Prices and details are subject to change without notice. If you notice discrepancies, please contact us.
In the event of pricing errors, HVAC EXPERT FLORIDA reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders.
